Yesterday, my uncle and I wrote this ridiculous song called "Happy Happy Kermit Day." It goes like this (warning- it is long and makes little sense):

I was out for lunch with about seventeen family members, one of whom was my three-year-old second cousin. She was the afternoon entertainment, always running about, putting her stuffed Heffalump on the bar and taking a bunch of soft toys sitting on a nearby piano and putting them back dozens of times. It was ages until we asked for the bill.

Two things made me laugh today:

- Julie Brown on facebook: "Bought PX90, resolved to do it everyday this year. The intro said to get water for the workout. Got distracted by bag of cookies near the water. Finished reading article about Martin Short while eating cookie. Forgot what I was supposed to be doing. Decided to make fun of Rose Bowl parade."

- The "literal video" of Tears for Fears' "Head Over Heels" - kept giggling all throughout!
