I loved it! I figured out most of not all of the song parodies, "Footloose", "Come On, Eileen", "Take On Me" and of course, "Don't Stop Believing".

I hope they do more stuff like this in the future. Brings back memories of the earlier song parodies, which is awesome!

I meant to post on here a couple days ago, but forgot to do so. Anyway...

Like a lot of other people, I was hoping for some sort of montage of random SS clips from the 80's, but I think what they pulled off here was pure awesomeness! I personally hope they do more with the SS Glee Club...whether it's spoofs of songs from different decades or anything else that comes to mind!

Personally I think it'd be cool if we got some more music mashups like 70's or 90's. The ideas are relentless...

If we got a 90s mashup video, here's a few ideas I could see working:

  • "MMM-Mop" - Three letter Ms singing an ode to a mop.
  • "I Believe I Can Try" - Grover or Elmo singing about believing in themselves to try their hardest.
  • "Count the Babies One More Time" - Count counting babies
  • "Ice Ice Birdy" - Big Bird rapping while wearing cold weather gear
  • "I Want it My Way" - Two-Headed Monster trying to imitate the Backstreet Boys.
  • "All Stars" - Abby conjuring up superstar stars in the sky
  • "I'm Too Fuzzy" - Anyone of the monsters
  • "Blue (Da Ba De Da Ba Di) - Cookie and Grover, nuff said

Dude, "I'm Blue" was my JAM back in the late 90's and early 2000's (and it seems to be the only song many Eiffel 65 "fans" seem to know).

I remember I did a hand-made music video of that song with Little Chrissy lip-synching the vocals back in 2007.... Cause he's blue. which now I think is just silly, but my 14-year-old self just had a more creative imagination back then.

Got a link?
It's actually long-gone, unfortunately. :frown: I deleted it off my YouTube channel only for not taking the risk of a copyright strike and my computer got wiped as well. None the less, it isn't something that really stands out for me years later.

My favorite parody was probably Super Grouch; I was watching them with my best friend and we agreed that 'Super Grouch' should be my theme song lol

7. Cookie Monster- Take On Me by Ah-ha!

You know....

I actually wonder if anyone on this board has listened to any of his songs outside of Never Gonna Give You Up out of my own curiousness? Anyone?
