Caper or GMC Piggy are both great in my opinion, or simply go with Calander Girl Piggy from her calanders. Although I also like her new style..although not her hair.

Hi Guys,

I must admit I prefer the older late 70's early 80's look. However some of the newer Piggys also look great. I liked her with Sharon Osbourne last year on TV here in the UK but cant find a piccy at the mo, she had long hair which curled a bot at the bottom, more like the older style, I dont like the Jennifer Anniston straight hair look?

On her clothes, I believe it is a known fact that every woman should own at least one Black dress in their wardrobe.
I would like to see her in a classic, sexy, smart Black velvet dress, like the one she wore in the ''Mad About The Frog'' number while lying on Rowlfs piano. None of these modern casual outfits she has been seen in recently.

I agree the feather dress from GMC is a great outfit and she looks great, but it is a bit dated, a black dress will not age, its just classic!

Black dress...

Agreed. But velvet or felt will collect lint and dirt. Better make it satin. I wouldn't mind seeing her in a dark purple though.

OK Now I'm getting Passionate

But I much prefer this for my pig!

I agree with the concept of the Great Muppet Caper / Fantastic Miss Piggy Show or even an season 2 - 5 in a traditional costume like we have seen with Animal and Gonzo, but...

Please, Please, Please no bunny ears, ok, I understand that she has evolved over the years, all us girls have had the odd nip and tuck, myself included. But the ears as they are now right on top of the head, just do her any justice frankly they look a little odd and we don’t want her looking like the catwoman who had too much plastic surgery.

I found this fan site on google with some great piggy poses this is how I am used to seeing her and would love to own my own version of her.

She is my favourite, so they better get her right. Oh and did I mention no BUNNY EARS!

Frogboy - I don't understand. You do like the new Piggy? Say it ain't so. I hope you guys are right and she fits somewhere comfortably within the era's & looks.

The current pig is awful - ask anyone. Even little kids have told me, "That doesn't look like the real Piggy!" They are from another generation.

What NOT to do:

What TO DO:

Keeermit got it so right!
Oooh, I think you misunderstood me :embarrassed: I was talking about my particular distaste for the Barbie-like cartoon representation the Henson Company put out of Piggy in merchandise under their control. I'm a classic Piggy guy, although I do like some of the new Piggys. I still much prefer her in the early 80s. Here's a picture illustrating the Piggys I like and don't. For better or worse we're stuck with the "bunny ears" on Piggy. I like them folded more on the top, but she hasn't appeared that way for so long that I doubt she will again.

Perhaps she should lay off the Viagra!
