i did watch a little of this last week.. it definately has potential. not quite the way I remember it, of course.. hehe.. but it could do well.. i am with holding judgement til I can snag some kid opinions..

It varies from PBS to PBS, but I know it's on Fridays. In my area, it's where the Ruff Ruffman episode would usually air... 5:30. Also in my area, it runs sometime Saturday Morning. But I can't remember what time.

I was thinking of The Pranksters had an evil plan to kidnap the Electric Company gang! In the second season!
You know, after watching the show, I don't think that's really their style. The Pranksters seem more like the Gangreen Gan on the Powerpuff Girls... a general nusance. not so much evil, but nasty, cheating, lying... basically they wouldn't want to do anything horribly illegal...

That's what I think makes them work, and makes the show all the more realistic and believable. I don't think it would have that feeling if they went up against a real evil.
