Muppet Domination Has Begun!!

All the taxi cab sign tops and bus shelter photos are Muppetized in SF!! Walking home from my job at 3 AM on Friday night was made bearable from all the close-cropped Muppet eyes peeping at me from passing cabs! I ❤ this movie promotion.
Glad to hear. The whole reality of HOW i'm probably going to end up seeing the movie has recently hit me (i'll probably have to take the last bus to the theatre and walk home) so at least if i have to endure that, passing a bunch of Muppet ads on my way home may make the whole experience more bearable. I plan to have a walkman full of Muppet songs with me.

If you're gonna be alone up there, dw, my offer to come up and drag you down to Tucson to see a screening with my IRL Muppet peeps still stands. I can afford gas and tickets if you buy the drinks! :news:

The local cinema has put up "The Muppets" movie poster in the "coming soon" display box.It is the one with Jason,Amy and Walter holding all the Muppets back behind them. The difference is that it has January 2012 after Muppet Domination and it says check the classification and Disneymovies.com.au
I was able to buy a poster.

I wonder if the "Muppet hobos" that Zach refers to in his interview are going to be recognizable characters, especially if they're more returning obscure ones and not just a bunch of generic whatnots.

I think that some of the Frackles (Boppity, Gloat, Droop, Lenny the Lizard, etc.) would make great hobos.

The hobos could be the Moopets.

I doubt that, since The Moopets would already be in Reno, performing in the Casino.

Then again, they would probably end up as hobos living on the street after Fozzie decides to leave them and rejoin his old friends.

Muppet Hobos = Electric Mayhem? Perhaps?

Perhaps he meant that he was living with the HOOBS from Hoobland? Hubba hubba, hubba hubba! (Fellow Brits unite)

Well, the Hoobs would not appear in this movie, since Henson still owns them.

There were Whatnot hobos in the Loretta Lynn episode of TMS (season 3) hanging around the train station. Might be a variant of those two.
