    I believe ever since Sesame Workshop bought the rights to their own characters, they have been known as 'Sesame Street Muppets.' I see no reason this will change even with Disney's purchase of the JHC. just my .02¢

    Meet the real Grover in New York November 21

    Apparently Eric was there and he was fantastic from what I heard from my coworker who happened to be there. Unfortunately I didn't get to see it myself. There was also a Walkaround Grover to take pictures with afterwards. Judgnig from the size of the line, Grover's fan base is alive and strong!

    How to get to Sesame Street?

    I had asked this question myself once before and I believe the answer is that they do not accept requests for children to appear on the show. They actively go around to schools and events and look for children to invite. Sorry to say, but it's a matter of chance.
