Alvin

Kevin Barnett has been a puppeteer for over 20 years. With an imagination and vision and big dreams, almost similar to the late Jim Henson, Kevin has created a group of puppets called, The Moppetz. Simply...Moppetz bring several words together. Alvin the head of the group, is what they used to call a Mopkin puppet, then puppets of course, and some of the puppets are very Muppet like and a Z on the end just to add a little flare to it. There you have the Moppetz. Kevin grew up watching Sesame Street, and the Muppet Show and always wanted to work with them someday...but somehow has created his own muppet like dream. Kevin knows he will never out-do or get more popular than the Muppets, but wants to make an impact locally then branch out. Who knows...maybe someday someone from the Muppets will see Kevin's work. We'll see....we'll just see.
