Katy Perry song banned from Sesame Street Season 41

PC'ers make me so sad. I mean, what happened to Cookie Monster being able to... ACTUALLY EAT COOKIES WITHOUT BEING QUESTIONED? And yes, it's a form of retrogression. They should leave entertainment alone. It's not like Katy Perry came in wearing a bra and fish-nets.

What's the big deal? Why would they cut that? It's oversensoring and it's wrong. Only perverted adults look there. Children look at her FACE, not her BREASTS. Children see a "grown-up" wanting to dress up with Elmo. Children don't see a "****" or a "whore." That being said, this political...

    Your signature-explain yourselves!

Omg, I remember that. Yeah, that was HILARIOUS. :):o

You might be an obsessed Muppet fan if...

For SURELY! You also feel like something's missing if you don't watch the Muppet show for at least a week. You look down and you see you're wearing a Muppet shirt. You've realized that you say, "For Sure" way too many times. WAY TOO MANY TIMES. :flirt:

    The most tear-jerking Muppet moment...

Oh I love that one. Good way to teach sharing, no?

How do you explain Scooter's introduction?

He was a very talented person, all the voices he did for the Muppets were really awesome. I really love Janice, and Beaker, and Scooter... It's such a tragedy that he died... I would like to very much do that sometime in the afterlife. Give him a hug, I mean, not die. Along with Lucille Ball and...

What sketches scared you as a kid?

Sorry I guess. XD The sketch from Sesame Street that I remember as creepy was Grover and the Monster in the Mirror. But I just had to post The Windmills in My Mind because it, IMO, is the scariest sketch that I saw and it disturbed me when I was a kid.

That's so cute. :) Well done.

What Muppet are you in the mood for?

A lot of times, I just feel like Beaker. No "real" talking, just more of inaudible 'meeps' as conversation.

And inner space.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xu_6hdGZ6gU That's so scary when you're little. And when you look up the lyrics, somehow that's scary too.

    The most tear-jerking Muppet moment...

Oh yes, I was so sad too when I heard What a Wonderful World sung by Rowlf.

You made a life philosophy, using the Muppet characters. (Be Kermit, he's friendly to all. Be Gonzo, he's unique. Etc.) When you hear Mrs. Stadler by Mars Argo for the first time, you stop, freeze, and repeat the song, and even look up the lyrics, because what you hear is Mrs. Statler.

And Beaker. I don't know why but Beaker always used to scare me. Maybe because of the way his mouth opened.
