Not sure if previous digital versions did this too but AppleTV+ edited the episode of The Challenge and took out Matt's postcard segment about smoking. Gobo says mouth-burners and then it cuts to after he tells the story. I was wondering why the episode said the air date was from this year while...
I was wondering why HBO had lost the streaming to the original episodes after just putting them out 2 years ago. News of the reboot is very welcome. Hopefully it's done right! Can't wait
I'm really liking these new mini sessions. They're simple enough to just keep the memories alive. I thought the new voices were surprisingly close esp for Gobo...I too miss Steve for Wembley though. The new Wembley voice stays up at the high end it seems. I like them bringing back the old songs...
I always noticed the change and thought it was when the show sorta came into it's own. The first 12 episodes with the original gobo almost seemed like the test run of fraggle rock to see how it would go. Starting with We Love you Wembley (ep 13) everything just seemed more refined. from the...
it's actually not the "first 12" episodes but merely 12 episodes that are available. years ago also there was a 2 disc set that had all 12 of these episodes available on a region 2 uk dvd. i ordered it and played in my old region free player. the episodes available are Capture the Moon, Boober...
oh yeah...and i wouldn't really even mind if elmo in grouchland was never mentioned again and possibly erased from existence. no offense to the elmo lovers, but when i saw that movie i wanted to cry. far from the quality of follow that bird.
today is the first i've heard of this release. i will gladly replace my old full frame copy with this new remastered widescreen copy. i'm not really expecting much on the bonus features as it's a single disc and amazon is selling it for 13.99 .
season 4 (i'm still not used to it just being season 4, i'm used to 4 and 5) i think had some of the best episodes in the series. towards the end they started to really touch on serious topics though. i was watching disc 18 last night and it was like 3 episodes in a row touched on the subject of...
i don't know that i can narrow it down to one favorite. i like the softer sadder songs actually like goodbye goodbye, once upon a time i knew my name, and petals off the rose. but i love shine on me and that whole episode with the ditzies
I would rank it up among the best finales ever on tv. i always loved how the show evolved and how the fraggles relationship with everyone else had evolved as well. and i really loved the way it ended with everyone singing the theme song
not a problem. and best buy had it for 89.99 plus tax. but the sticker for the regular price said 119.99. the 89.99 is most likely just thru saturday. amazon has theirs lowered to 89.99 though and most likely will be the price for a little while. maybe it will be a gold box special one day at amazon
i watched the entire bonus disc last night plus disc one of season 4. the bonus features are nice they just seem too short and i crave more. the episodes they spend most of their time talking about are the final 3 but they give brief thoughts about a voice inside, river of life, tune for two...
anyone notice on the bottom it says there are english and spanish subtitles and all sets have the closed caption symbol...but i'm pretty sure they're never there. this is the first time i've seen it actually say there are subtitles but...are there?
