    TimeLife: Cases contain wrong DVDs

When I purchased the original 10 set a few years ago, it shipped without volume 10. We called them and they overnighted volume 10 to us, no questions asked. They were really nice. It's definitely worth calling them if you can. -Chris

Hello, folks. Just thought I'd give you a heads up: Every Costco does their own ordering, but most should be carrying a a small stock of Muppet Columbia/Tri-Star DVD 2-Packs that I found today at lunch. They are: The Great Muppet Caper/The Muppets Take Manhattan The Muppet Movie/Muppets...

Muppet Show DVD's on clearance until June 30

I got my full 15 set in the mail today, it's beautiful! The colors seem much richer than my original ten set. Of course they offer 11-15 after I order. I don't mind though, because I'm trading the original ten for good Muppet stuff!!! -Chris

I only needed the last five, so I just bought the 15 set. Perhaps the extra ten will be worth a bit more someday. I'll probably end up trading them, though (anyone interested, email). -Chris

Sesame Workshop Library to be Digitally Preserved

When they say that the sketches will be available online, they mean that the producers and editors of the show will be able to access the video clips remotely. They don't have to be in the same room as the server housing the episodes to pull from them. Online doesn't necessarily mean...

    My Sesame Street Editorial

Hello, everyone. Just thought I'd let you know that I wrote a little editorial on my site (http://gymkata.org) about children's television and a big chunk of it is on Sesame Street. Anyone who is a fan of the old PBS shows (80's, at least) might enjoy it. That's about it. Hope everyone is well...

Why is there a lime in the coconut?

It's a Harry Nilsson song and "putting the lime in the coconut" is a drug reference. You figure the rest out. =) -Chris

All I have is an mp3 I made of the montage showing how crayons are created. The music is just phenomenal. Sorry I can't be of more help. Good luck. -Chris

    Muppet Show albums...found!

I totally just found mp3s of both Muppet Show albums (not Muppet Hits), high quality, ripped straight from the vinyl. Woo hoo! It's pretty difficult finding those records. So, yeah, I am totally jamming out at the moment. Rock on. -Chris
