After 'The Muppets', they are going great! BUT....it took them a bit too long to get there. Maybe it's better that they waited for the right project rather than just rush something out.

...wish I could say the same. I was at a 7:40 pm show at one of the busiest theaters in the suburban Philly area and the theater was half empty.
I turned to my friend and said, 'This doesn't bode well on opening night".

That being said, did anyone find the plot to be quite repetitive of 'It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie'?? Tex Richamn in place of Rachel Bitterman....trying to 'save the theater'...telethon in place of the Muppet Christmas...
I read that Sesame Street moved to the Kaufman Astoria studio back in 1993 to accomidate the bigger space needed for the Around the Corner set. Does anyone know where it was shot before that?
I was lucky enough to attend this exhibit last year when I was living in Scottsdale, AZ and then attend it again in Doylestown, PA several weeks ago. It is the same exhibit with the same items on display and I highly recomend seeing it.

It was a network TV special that aired on CBS the same year Christmas Eve on Sesame Street debuted. Where as Christmas Eve on Sesame Street became a classic and was played every year (for a while), A Special Sesame Street Christmas never aired again.
