Well I am relieved sorr for scaring everyone like that I'm quite shocked because I trut the site that it came from. I will be more careful next time. BTW, this is a reason why they should open a website with official updates about the film. Things like this wouldn't happen lol. :excited:

"The Power of the Dark Crystal", a proposed sequel to the classic fantasy film of the 80's, has been officially put 'on hiatus'.
Unofficially though, film ick indicates the project is scrapped with almost two years of pre-production work by Genndy...

I wrote to Jim Henson's website and asked them about it. They said there is nothing in production yet, but due to the increasing popularity they are discussing a release. I wish I still had the E-mail, I lost it before I could post it on here.
I think it is about time they release te entire series on dvd. I think kids today can still enjoy them especially the ones who were kids when the show came out. :rolleyes:
