I was actually pretty happy with this change myself. It makes more sense to have SS in the late afternoon, just like it was in the old days.

Dude... I used to have Sesame Street airing at 5 or 6 PM (can't remember which, I think it was 6, now that I remember it)... THAT was epic right there.

I think when PBS KIDS used to be PTV, it used to be on at 8:00 in the morning. I'm not sure, though.

As I've said before, back in mah day, my PBS would air SST three times a day: 9:00am, noon, and 3:30pm... eventually, the 9:00am airing was dropped (because ususally, early morning hours were solely dedicated to instructional programming), the noon airing was bumped up to 11:00am, and the 3:30pm airing was bumped up a half hour to 3:00. Then finally, the 3:00 airing was dropped, and the 11:00am airing was bumped up again to 10:00am and has been that way ever since.

I'm really displeased my cable company added Sprout this late. They used to air episodes I grew up with and now it's all season 40. Plus, there's no On Demand. So, I also missed out on classic Plaza Sesamo too.
