I definitely prefer the Season 2-4 openers! To me, they were slightly more humorous than Season 5, but that's not to say those weren't funny.

I don't have a preference on which one. They both have different formats that allow for different kinds of jokes. I love the "hit me like a ton of bricks" open from the Hal Linden episode and it's not something they could've done with Scooter in the dressing room.
