I made some head-bases with 3d-printed nylon (Taulman Nylon 618) - those two are big enough to be used for costumes. I can print them smaller if I want to.
The cat mask (without the jaw) took about 6 hours to print (layer height 0,30 mm) - weights 84g. I used the Makerbot ABS preset - just changed the temperature of the extruder to 245°C.

These models are really tough - I can compress them to half the size and they go back to the original form. It cannot be crushed or ripped apart. I'll make more parts - like hands and arms with nylon in the future.
