I've got the copy of #406 and #2558 in one tape from Greg, and on #406, I certainly got the sketch, "Here Is Your Life: Oak Tree" with Guy Smiley! I didn't miss him now, because in my room, I have two sketches: the 'Air' song and Here Is Your Life: Oak Tree with Granny Fanny Nesselrode!

BTW, I got the Sesame Street Magazine from the summer of 2003, and there was a pic of Guy Smiley in the July calendar where it was his birthday!

I think I saw Guy Smiley in the main street segment of a season 32(2001)episode of Sesame Street in which Maria has a lot of toaster repairs. Guy was dressed in his usual outfir, but he didn't talk. I don't know who was performing him.

They probably threw him out with the Fix-It-Shop.

WOO HOO!!! I saw my Guy!

 Woo Hoo!

Finally after all these years...I saw Guy Smiley this morning! :flirt:
I turned on the TV and saw an actual skit, not redone.
It was on Plaza Sesamo and had spanish dubbed over it.

Anyhoo, it was still Guy Smiley. Wow, I think I remember that skit,
it was an old one. It was awesome just to see him on there!
Sure brought back a bunch of memories...ahhh.
Guess maybe they like him better than the regular SS.
I really wish they'd play the old Guy Smiley stuff. It's really good!

Oh well, I'll be watching more of Plaza Sesamo...
hopefully they have his stuff on a lot! woo hoo!!!! :sing:

Garsh, I didn't catch the name of the show that he did.
But the contestant was a baby (orange muppet)
and the baby had to guess from 3 options, his grandma.

Argh, I can't remember what the other two were,
but they were wearing wigs just like the grandma.
It was really a great Smiley show!

I was so amazed that it was even on and it was early too,
can't remember much exactly, i wanted to record it but couldn't find a tape.
Sigh...anyhoo, one good thing is...it's on saturday and sunday.
I'll watch again tomorrow. We can have Smiley updates!

So, if anyone out there knows of anyway to get some things with Guy, PLEASE let me know. Thank you so very much.

Wouldn't it be great to go on a Guy Smiley game show and win Guy Smiley merchandise? :flirt:

Remember on one of his shows the prize was a collection of Guy Smiley stuff? Like a pencil box, a lunch box, and I can't remember what else...

Does anybody remember what that one was?
