Can't identify...need help

I have a friend who looks like one of the Muppets and I want to show him which one, but I can't locate a name for the character. I know the character in question appeared in recent Muppet movies and he plays a pirate in Muppet Treasure Island. He's generally creepy and evil-looking, he has a bony face, protruding chin, and purple hair. I can't recall any instances of him speaking, however. Please let me know if any of that rings a bell.
