Got my copy yesterday. I haven't had the time to sit down and read it but Jim Henson is not on the cover of the book. Only a picture of Kermit is on the front and the book is really small. Only a little larger than a cd case.

Just got mine--I've only gotten to flip through it, but I'm glad to have it. It looks like a really nice little collection.

How much did you pay for the book and/or cd? I am trying to decide whether I should buy it myself now or wait til my birthday/Christmas. My birthday is on December 8th. So many times I will buy things and then I when it comes closer to December I can't think of anything I want. Since I already have Fraggle Rock and Muppet Show season 1 set, that strikes them off the list. Same goes for the first set of Sesame figures. I feel so torn. Are the cd and book 2 separate? Are they of the same stuff? Maybe I can get the book and then wait on the cd. Aaaaaaaaaaahhh!! :zany: What should I do?

Okay... so the (not yet released) audio cd version has the cover picture of Jim Henson holding the puppet in sillouette. The book is green with Kermits face.

It's great to see something as specialist as this actually being able to get published nowadays, and great to see that Cheryl had a big hand in it.

I think I paid $16 or $17 for the book. I didn't know there was a CD!

Yeah there is a cd coming along too but it has not been released yet. I dunno if it is just a recorded version of the book, but I think there is recording of Jerry Nelson and others talking.

It's not easy being green...

I've looked through Jim Henson's book at work(not the same cover as posted in Phillip's article).I'm definately going to buy it when I can get a chance. The book is full of performers quotes, songs, inspiring antidotes.Highly recommend this as a new addition to any muppet fan.:excited:
