I know I've asked about flexible mouths before, but instead of asking about which materials would be best suited for the job, I was also wanting to know if the thickness of the foam head would also play a factor in how flexible the mouth could be?

I'm not thinking of Kermit when I ask this, I'm asking about the earliest incarnation of the AMs, which obviously had a bit of foam in their heads.
