Dark Crystal soundtrack CD

i just received mine today. personally i think that's it's awesome. i've been listening to it ever since i received it. if anyone gets like a number 1 of 5000 or some low number like that, i'd like to know just out of curiosity. (i have 243/5000)

I ordered mine directly from Numenorean last Thursday 5/1 and received it on Monday 5/5. It does sound pretty darn good. (Got #231, for those who care...)

Personally I think I prefer the album version vs. the actual film score version... Which is actually something I've discovered a lot with other soundtracks, too (such as the original "Close Encounters" and "E.T." soundtracks vs. the anniversary ones which had the actual film music). I guess there was something to "we edited it and rearranged it to make it sound better" after all!

But in most cases I'm delighted to have both the original streamlined album and the actual score, as is the case with the "Dark Crystal."
