Anybody know how his passing did NOT make it to the front page of Muppetcentral.com? I literally just found out about this today by accident! (I found an old issue of Entertainment Weekly and saw it in the Death Notices section... The last thing on the home page is about the Toyota commercial...

I'll see if I can dig them out in the net few days...I used to work for EB and bought a lot of figures when they dropped prices...have 3 young kids though, so finding the time to dig and then see what they are actully going for MIGHT be a while... (I know I have at least 2 of each...)... I'm...
Oops...I mispoke...Target began with series 4... not 5. And yes...a few Zoots - original and repaint. If I remember correctly, the price for the regular maintained as much as the repaint because many people wanted to complete "the band". The repaint was only chased by people that already had...
A big part of why they are so expensive is that basically, EB was the only place to get them (which, I believe, was part of why the production run was so small. Toys R Us stopped selling them after series 2 and Target STARTED selling them with series 5. Still have a few Zoots left...gotta dig...
I absolutely LOVED it. My kids (9,5 and 3) have been raised on Muppets and my 5 year old has been asking when he could see it since I first told him about it last year. My 3 yr old was mesmerized...now he walks around saying "In Control!"
My only other thought on the movie was that besides...
Well I need to know what I can do. They charged me for the Sesame Street figures back when they shipped my Uncle Deadly (July 2005) and I have been trying to get them to refund my money ever since the Sesame street figures were cancelled. Now their site looks dead and I'm still waiting!!!
I don't remember that; but I do remember being in cub scouts and going to see the Ice Follies (Not Capades) that starred Sesame street Muppets (I think I still have the program somewhere)
Ya think?!?! Lets see, she has been on the show since the beginning. Its in what the 37th season now? She was in her 20-30's when the show started... Best case she is probably 61... I have read in the past that she had her role on the show toned down because of the demands of being a principal.
Come on... he was an old man. They would have ended up in the trash in real life too! He was not portrayed as the brightest man in the world, either... LOVED him , though.
I was able to use the code on mine. They will probably email you as well. (I think I got like 6 emails). Then 2 weeks before the show (Of course WELL after I purchased the tickets), they offered me a meet and greet with the characters, hot dog, stuffed elmo and something else for $50!
I must say that I too am a bit disappointed in the figure. He looks perfect, but after opening and closing the mouth 3 times, the rubber/plastic/whatever seperated on the right side of his mouth. What type of glue is best to fix this or do I 'attempt' an exchange for a new one?
Ya know what. I just thought some other people with small children may want to know about the potential hazard of these toys. I let my 2 year old play with all of the Palisades figures and the Sababa toys. The Muppet Babies were poorly designed. Period. They are great for collectors but not...
