You might be able to create it with an iron-on version of that photo. The quality might not be what you're looking for though. Nothing beats the real thing, but iron-ons would be cheaper and quicker.

I'd have to agree with RavageFrackle. If you've never used foam latex before it can be overwhelming. It takes a lot of preparation and experimentation to get the mix down in order for it bake/cure properly. If you are set on using foam latex there are instructional videos you can pick up like...
