Re:
Does anyone have "The Batty Bat"? I'd really like to have that song. And does anyone know if a full version of the "burning I-Beam" music exists? I'd like that also.
Someone also mentioned that they'd like "Rainbow Connection" a while back. I have it, and I'd be glad to give it to whomever...
Re:
I'm sorry for not responding, KermiClown.
Yeah, they were both on Sesame Street. The I-Beam segment depicted an I-Beam being put in a furnace inside a warehouse-like setting. It had this creepy music that went along with it. Apparently, they stopped showing this video in the late 80s...
Re:
I have it. Just PM me your E-mail and I'll send it to you.
I'm only asking this so that I'll remain "kosher" on these forums: are we required to offer music files for money, or are they like video files - we're not supposed to sell them for money? I'm willing to just let you have the file...
Hey Kermiclown!
Kermiclown, do you happen to have the burning I-beam on one of those videos? Or perhaps the segment about making saxophones? I'm interested in acquiring those two skits, if you have them.
Thanks.

Re:
Me too. The only thing I really remember is the chorus and its melody. I am amazed that I've remembered this song for as long as I have. It's been a LONG time.
Hello, everyone. DetGoran.
A few weeks ago, I found out that the "batty batty batty batty batty batty bat" that I have always remembered from early childhood was a real song: The Batty Bat.
Would anyone know where I could find this song? I'm probably annoying the daylights out of you asking...
Sesame Street
I haven't sat down and watched Sesame Street since about 1988, but I've heard that it's not as good as it used to be.
I have seen parts of "Elmo's World". It's OK, but not as high in quality as the stuff I grew up watching.

Making Saxes tape
Hey Tashandme, do ya think you could make a copy of that tape and send it to me? I'd really appreciate it.
Let me know if you're interested.
Really? Thanks, MuppetDude! I've looked and looked for any clues about that skit and haven't found much of anything.
I think I'll look online for the song; I may just remember it. Thanks again! I was pretty sure that it wasn't something I just dreamed up.
Hi, Chris Von Count. Thanks for the reply.
Yeah, I've been told (on imdb.com) that all of those skits are classics. I can't believe that I still remember them after so many years.
Thanks for the welcome also. It's always nice reconnecting with your childhood.
Burning I-Beam
I'd like a copy of the burning I-Beam too. Actually, I'd like to have the "how saxophones are made" and "baking a cake" skits also. Unfortunately, I don't have any Sesame Street stuff to trade for it.
Is it possible to find these skits somewhere online?

Hi. I'm "DetGoran", and I just registered onto these forums tonight. Why am I posting all in red? Because it's my favorite color. If anyone doesn't like it, I can switch back to black-colored font.
I've been posting messages on the imdb.com Sesame Street message boards for several weeks now...
