I was thinking of non muppet puppets today and I remembered ALF.
Has anyone here attempted to build an ALF puppet or does anyone have a Customer ALF puppet? Just curious.

In all my time i've only ever seen one "custom" ALF, it was very similar but just looked a bit bloated. More like it had been stuffed than a puppet. It was pulled from Ebay for copyright infringement.

I took the doll that was issued in the 1980's and unstitched the seam in his rear end, and pulled the stuffing out between there and his mouth. That's how I made my puppet of ALF.

Luke, did you keep a pic of the ALF you've just discussed?

The puppet builders were Bob Fappiano and Lisa Buckley. Lisa has been a puppeteer on Sesame Street.
