Which episodes of "The Muppet Show" did the Jim Henson, Jerry Nelson and Frank Oz muppets appear in...and which numbers, sketches and scenes were they in?

The apperances I know of already are:

Jim Henson mupppet:
#5 Rita Moreno: He sings "To Morrow" in the UK Spot
#23 Kaye Ballard: He sings "You Don't Want My Love" in the opening number
#70 Roy Rogers & Dale Evans: He appears in Roy's first number "Old Skyball Paint", sings "Four-Legged Friend" in the UK Spot and appears in the background in the "Chute #3" sketch

Jerry Nelson mupppet:
#3 Joel Grey: He appears in Joel's first number "Wilkommen"
#5 Rita Moreno: He sings "To Morrow" in the UK Spot
#23 Kaye Ballard: He sings "You Don't Want My Love" in the opening number
#70 Roy Rogers & Dale Evans: He sings "Four-Legged Friend" in the UK Spot

Frank Oz mupppet:
#5 Rita Moreno: He sings "To Morrow" in the UK Spot
#23 Kaye Ballard: He sings "You Don't Want My Love" in the opening number

Jim and Jerry can also be spotted in the arches in the opening credits in Seasons 2-5.

Other Muppet productions they were in:
-"The Muppet Show: Sex & Violence (among the spectators at the wrestling match, Jim also plays with the Electric Mayhem during the closing credits)
-"The Muppet Movie" (among the crowd of Muppets in the finale)

If anyone could please tell me what their other TMS appearances were, I'd greatly appreciate it.

A Jerry Nelson Muppet also appears in Paul Williams' opening number, "Old Fashioned Love Song", in the Paul Williams episode.

Which is the Frank Oz Muppet? I thought there was only a Jim, Jerry and Dave Muppet.

Well look at that, I always thought that was the Dave Goelz Muppet. So 1; I guess Dave doesn't have a Muppet, and 2; Not that Dave had red hair, but I didn't think Frank did either. Thanks for that info and steering me in the right direction, TotallySpiesFan.

Yeah, I never thought Frank's Muppet looked anything like the real guy. But it must have been what Frank was after because he performed himself after all.

They all appeared in a perry Como christmas special and on The Mike Douglas Show (where they performed "Mama don't allow", and their performers were interviewed with the characters after the performance). I think they all appeared in The Muppet movie.

While a Dave Goelz muppet wasn't seen on the muppet show, a dave Goelz muppet was created for an appearance on The Animal Show, where he was called "Dave The Human" and was performed by Bill Barretta instead of dave (probably because dave goelz was busy performing Stinky in the same scene).

Why wasn't there a Dave Goelz or Richard Hunt Muppet?
