I'm glad you think it's a reasonable price. Achieving the opening bid is all I wanted to get for the playset so anything about is a bonus. I certainly don't want people to feel they are getting a bad deal

I'm lucky enough to own a PROTOTYPE of the backstage playset, but I can't bring myself to part with it, even though I know I don't need to own two playsets...
