    LeahXZoot4Evur here!

Many years ago, Jim Henson brought us the Muppet Show. After Jim's death, I....guess the Muppet Show ended. Anyway, I saw the Muppets. I even have it on DVD, not blueray. I wanna write to Muppet Studios or Brian Henson to bring the Muppet Show Back.

    If the Muppets are watching,

You all brought us music, comedy, and laughter! I really want to see the Muppet Show in the Future! Apperances from Kermit, Drama(in a good way) for Miss Piggy, Comedy from Fozzie, Cooking from the Swedish Chef, more explosions, and mostly.....bring the most musical Muppets, the Electric Mayhem and the Orchestra more music numbers. Lips, the trumpeteer from the EM and Orchestra, needs a duet or solo number in the show!

I would adore if the Muppet Show returned! To bring back comedy, music, laughter.
Its time to play the music, Its time to light the lights, Its time to meet the Muppets.......

We miss you Muppets. I.....miss you. I cried for Jim Henson on May 16th 2012. I cried for you Muppets and for Jim.

Please......join me.....who wants the Muppets to Return?

    Whos with me!
    So whaddya say?
    :)

The Muppet show ended long before Jim died.

I am in favor of bringing the Muppet Show back! And now with the new Muppet resurgance, it is the perfect time.

And also, I wouldn't recommend writing to Brian Henson, as he isn't really affiliated with the Muppets anymore now that they have been sold to Disney.

I say a new Muppt show would be a great idea, with old acts, like Veterinarian's Hospital or Muppet Labs, and new acts. I'm pretty sure most, if not every fan would want a new show.

People from Disney have actually started talking about this! It is still up in the air, but I really hope it happens!! :)

Well, the original Muppet Show was shown in over 100 (i think) countries. So, probably a good chance? :smirk:

It could be a good chance. Maybe. If I do write the letter, I'll ask if they could do it all countries.

I think they would see how successful it was before showing it to many countries. A letter is a god idea to get your idea across, though! :)

I Honestly think this is possible.

The movie was VERY sucsessful. Like Casey the Muppet said, They have been talking about making a new show, or mabye even just airing reruns.

And think about it: TV networks are looking for what fans want more than ever now, in my opinion. Want proof? Toonami coming back is a HUGE example.

People tweeted, emailed, and facebooked that they wanted it back. And that was sucsessful.

Now, If we want it back, we need to let disney know. We need to take action. Start emailing them about the possiblity. And, I guess if the idea gets popular, we could possibly do a twitter storm. We can make our idea trend.

But, we should only really result to storming if the idea gains some support.

What do you guys think about that?

It doesnt have to be just writting letters. Phone calls, emails, twitter storms.... The list goes on.

I will! I'm still waiting for more people to agree. But I didn't know that they were announcing about the new Muppet Show. I just heard about Muppets 2.

It's not really official yet. As I said, it's still up in the air, but there is a good chance it will become a reality. :)

I'd like a new Muppet show, though I wouldn't want it to just be titled "The Muppet Show" (nor would I want it titled "The Muppets"). Maybe "The New Muppet Show" or something completely different (aside from the Muppet name in the title). I'd definately want it to take place in the theater and feature as many old characters as possible, I don't care if it has the same variety show format as The Muppet Show (and The Jim Henson Hour and Muppets Tonight) or if it's more of a sitcom that doesn't always fully take place during the show.
