Cartoon: Animal Jailbreak

I know it featured a kangaroo, a snake, and an alligator. But--

(1) What happens in this cartoon?

(2) What year is it?

(3) Where did it take at?

(4) How is it?

(5) Who did the voices of these animals?

Five questions please, because I know it's an interesting cartoon.

1. The alligator uses his jaws to break through the bars of the jail cell, and he crawls down the snake as the snake lays his body out the window. Then the kangaroo simply hops out, and there's an ice cream truck.
