Dan Fogelberg

I don't know if any of you are familiar with singer-songwriter Dan Fogelberg. He's one of my favorite musicians, a guy with a really mellow voice and tender songs like "Leader of the Band," "Longer," "Run for the Roses" and "Only the Heart May Know." I just read that he had to cancel his fall tour because he was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer. It sounds as though there's still a chance he may pull through this, but in any event the next few months aren't going to be much fun. I am praying for his recovery.

I actually still have the 45 for "Leader", but I've always loved the song "It's Hard To Say". That was on the radio a lot when I was a kid. He's so soothing. My thoughts are with him.
