I was Watching American Puppet and I noticed a little clip which shows Dr. Teeth playing the paino and very huge vines began to come out. can anyone shed some light on that?

It's from TMS; Dr. Teeth is playing the song "Poison Ivy" onstage and when he gets to the chorus, Poison Ivy comes creeping out of his piano and "strangles" him.
