I'd say that's kind of an answer, but I wouldn't presume the people who answer fan emails are at liberty to really spill much non-public info...

Would be great if they accidentally sent back a blank form letter by accident, though :wink:

(that happened to me once when I sent a technical problem to the ATI website)

I completely missed the "probably" the first time I read it too! At least they could have wrote a little more to make the 37 cents worth it.
