Courtesy of FindLaw.com, here is a link to the contract between the Company (Disney) and fmr Chairman, Michael Eisner - I have no doubt it will be amended with the news that Eisner has been removed (from the board, not the Company) and a replacement Chairman has been named. Just thought you all might like to know. Here it is:
