A while ago, i saw an episode where Beuregard says to Kermit that he was dreaming that people were walking on his head, and Kermit tells him to stop sleeping on the floor. WHich episode was that?

IIRC it's the Joan Baez episode. The line actually goes...

B: Kermit, what does it mean when people walk on your head?
K: It means you should stop sleeping on the floor.

Or words to that effect.
