Ernie and Bert watch Sneak Peek Previews

Does anyone remember the Ernie and Bert sketch from the early 80's when they sat down in the living room to watch Sneak Peek Previews with Telly and Oscar. It comes on and they show the Baker number 10 skit. Telly and Oscar give their opinions on it, and it's over. Then back in the livingroom Ernie is balancing 10 cups or something like that. and Bert gets all nervous and Ernie is about to drop them, but he had them glued together all along. They then start to argue, and Telly and Oscar show up at their window and Telly says something like he gives the Argument 3 wows and Oscar says he gives it 5 phooeys. It was a good sketch, it had Brian Muehl's Telly and hasn't been on since probably 1987 or so. Who else has seen it?
