    Thanks for sharing this!

Besides a "not easy bein' green" headline, you don't see the Muppets on ESPN.com that often. :D

What was the Jim Henson Co. thinking?

What the heck was the Jim Henson Company thinking when it deleted scenes featuring Snoop Dogg from the final cut of the new Muppets movie, "A Very Merry Muppet Christmas," which will air on NBC in December?

Snoop Dogg, center, won't get the chance to remix "The Rainbow Connection" with Dr. Dre.
    A. "Miss Piggy has always been prone to junk-food binges, but with Snoop around, her descent into munchies spiraled out of control."

    B. "The scene where Snoop tries to smoke the mistletoe just sent the wrong message."

    C. "We thought Snoop would make an excellent Santa Claus. But his 'ho-ho-ho' was always preceded by the words 'you skanky.' "

    D. "It's a result of our refusing to bow to one of Snoop's demands: he wanted to change Kermit's spelling to Kermit da Frogg."

    E. "There's only so many times you can bleep 'shiz-nit' before the kids get wise to what's going on."

    F. "On second thought, the kids would never believe Fozzie was partaking because he's got glaucoma."
