Does anyone remember a 2-part film of a kid "building" a condo or apartment house?

The main focus on the film was on a miniature of a construction site where a model structure was built using stop-motion photography. An unseen man and a boy narrated. Occasionally they would cut in footage of real construction at the appropriate points.

The film had a continuous musical soundtrack of something that sounded like a cross between an electric piano and a synthesizer. The music just repeated, though a different strain came on twice.

Some soundbites, best as I can remember:

BOY: First you chop down all the trees and then you make a biiiiiiig hole.

(upon seeing the business end of a real cement truck)
BOY: Is that cement?
MAN: Yes
BOY: Ewww, it looks all dirty like wet mud with sand.
MAN: Well that's what cement is; it's got sand in it, and it's wet. And do you know what happens when the cement dries?
BOY: It gets hard!

(after the first concrete layer was poured in the model)
BOY: Is the cement dry yet?
MAN: No, it's not dry yet.
BOY: (pause) Is the cement dry yet?
MAN: No, it's not dry yet.
BOY: (pause) Is the cement dry yet?
MAN: (sigh!) No, it's not dry yet. It takes time for the cement to dry.
BOY: Oh.
(leading to the break between the two parts)

MAN: Watch me put in the walls. It isn't as easy as it looks.

MAN: Plaster goes on the ceiling and walls, to make them nice and smooth.
...
MAN: Oops, I spilled a little.
BOY: (smugly) I didn't spill any

BOY: I'm making stories
MAN: How many stories?
BOY: Three.
MAN: Three? That's a lot!

(at the end, against the finished model)
BOY: When I grow up I'm gonna build a real building.
MAN: That's hard work!
BOY: (pause) He'll help me.
