What did you use for eyes on your bert replica?

Good job by the way on both puppets that is a great start towards getting some really good replicas.

The eyes on bert are dome wood disks. Was a real pain to find them. Had to order them online from a wood shop.

The Elmo looks great, and so does bert!

I reminded me of this idea i have for a bad Guy name "Hellmo" The exact opposite of elmo, have the smae puppet with eye's and nose but with a bad guy mushace and goette and a set of horns ( so he resemble the devil) If I could get away with it I would but I thnik it would freak out the kids!

They look great but, I believe Grover is supposed to be a little lighter than that, and furry.

    But yours look wonderful!

Whats the name of those sesame street creatures in your avatar, Psiomicron?
  12. rtgentry Member

still great looking puppets to have around and play with right guys?

    Llama Boy,

As far as I know they are named "Yip Yip Martians" or "The Martians" don't think they had any real name to them. They used to scare me when I was a kid, would even leave the room when I saw them come on TV. But now I believe they will be my next project.

    Thanks!
