Before Luis opened up the Fix-It-Shop, was there any kind of small little business set up in that shop? Was it empty until the Fix-It-Shop was opened? Was it not even built yet? What?

I think it used to be the library! and Maria used to work there I think, but I'm not sure? But I know she used to work at the libary, though and that the Fx-It-Shop used to be one.
