What kind of materials do you use for this?

I find it amazing how you are able to put so much detail on such a tiny sculpture.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, you are very talented.
(Though it helps you're doing the stuff I enjoy seeing.) ;)

Looking forward to see your progress on this one.

    Thank you! :)

I use polymer clay, a lot of dental tools and brushes.
Plus a lot of reference photos and most important: PATIENCE :)

    Jeeze man, It's tiny!!
    ..awsome stuff.
Like that hair you added in that first photo.. ;)

..Actually, have you thought about using hair for your sculptures?
Little bits of fake fur would look amazing on your stuff!

I don't know... it depends on size/material. I think I'll also do a base... not sure yet.
    Thanks! :)

Excellent sculpt! As someone who performed on Hoggle - eyebrows - and stared at his face for many an hour I can tell you this is pretty spot on. Well done.

Thank you! That's great to hear! Did you take any photos during shooting?
    I still need good reference...

    Thanks again! :)

I don't think I've got any of Hoggle but I'll take a look. You don't tend to go around taking too many pictures when you're not suppose to. I know I've got some of me doing a Riding Goblin - oh, the pain - but I thnk that may be it.

I'll get back to you after I've had a look.
