Yup, he's one of the members of the Tough Customers, a gang of bullies at Lakewood Elementary School.

Yeah, that's a reason I kind of like Slink. It's like, whenever the Tough Customers appear, the only ones that seem to always be included are Binky, Molly, and Rattles. The other ones: Slink, Kieper, the unnamed ones-they sort of take turns appearing as a Tough Customer.

Not to be a nitpicker, but Slink wasn't one of the Tough Customers.

I regonize that character from Arthur, what character is that?

He and his buddy Toby were these punk skateboarders that Arthur and Buster thought were cool and wanted to hang out with, but they didn't want a couple of little kids tagging alone and cramping their style... until they decided to keep making Buster do all kinds of embarrassing dares to prove he's cool.

Yes, Slink was a member of the Tough Customers. He appeared with them in many episodes. The only time I can really think of that he was away from them was in "Buster and the Daredevils."

I don't even recall him ever hanging out with the Tough Customers... he must have randomly been placed in those crappy new episodes I can't bring myself to watch.

No, actually recently he hasn't been with them much. It's more the classic episodes he was around.

He hangs with Rattles a lot.

he was also with them in the ballet episode where Binky was trying to teach DW ballet...I think. He was them trying to sabotage some kind of performance at least. Its been a while since I've seen the episode in question.

I think of him as sort of an Off and On member when he has nothing better to do.
