Is Steve Whitmire back?

I'm just wondering if Steve Whitmire is back performing Kermit after Artie Epsotio performed him a couple times. Because I heard Steve's Kermit in the new Disney Parks commercial, Bohediam Rhapsody and his surprise cameo in Elmo's World: Frogs?

Well, technically all those things were filmed before the faux frog incident... but, yes, Steve Whitmire IS back, if he left at all.

The whole thing was a mystery, one that I'm glad not to solve so long as Steve is back for good.
