KB Toys?

Has anyone had problems with the quality of shipping from KBToys Online?

I have received two shipments from them and both times things have been in not the greatest quality. Luckily, they were things I was going to open, but still, I expeted better from them.

i've never had a problem with kbtoys, i've only ordered twice from there and both times ive been satisfied.
