Looking for Dizzy Gillespie MS episode, help!

Hi everyone, can anyone help me in obtaining this episode. I have all of the others but am missing this particular one. I know an incomplete version is available on the internet, but I want the whole show. It doesn't matter whether it is the US edited version of the UK edited version.
