"Making Of" puppet books

I am hoping to make custom puppets for a project I'm doing. What I'd like to do is put on free puppet shows for young children in very low poverty areas.

There is very little entertainment for them in our town, and my wife and I think it would be a great thing to do once a week.

So, we are going to need to make our own puppets, and I know there are a ton of books out there, but I was hoping a few people on here may be done with their books - or may have multiple copies!

Well, I'd love a shot at buying them! Please let me know if you have any "Making Of" Puppets books for sale. I am trying to create what I call "Muppet Style Puppets," if that makes sense!
