I got an email from somebody who said that Lulu's Boyfriend www.sesame-encyclopedia.com/Alphabet/SesameL/Lulu'sBoyfriend.html is named Mr. Otis, and that he also appeared in the song "I'm Between". Can anyone confirm this?

I don't have the sketch any more, so these pictures is all I got left.
From what I've learned this sketch have been remade at a later date with Herry, Grover, a little pink AM monster and a female AM monster.

Can't remember how it starts but Baby monster want to be "there" not "here", so he went over to the one that is "there" and said now i'am "there", then got the reply no you are "here", "there" is over "there" pointing back. Then baby monster say but I want to be "there". Goes back repeats now I'am "there" get the answer no you are "here". Then he is told to stay "here" while the other goes "there", he complains because he want to be "there" and apparently he is "here". When CM and bdm is together they say hi "there", and baby monster gets happy because now he is "there" and not "here". Then Scudge comes and ask what he is doing "here".

Thanks for all the info and pictures! I love those really old (rare) clips.

And you're right; it was remade a few years later (around 1974).

I want to be "there"

This is the only mention of this rare sketch that I could find online! I wish I could find the original in English. Curiously, the Hebrew-dubbed version has become a classic in Israel (a whole generation of Israelis know it), since there are only three constantly-rerun "seasons" of "Israeli sesame street", which are a combination of dubbed American Sesame Street sketches (the Henson-only sketches like Bert & Ernie etc) and Israeli material in the spirit of Sesame Street (with weird counterparts of Big Bird (which is a huge Hedgehog) and Oscar (portrayed as one of Oscar's relatives) etc). Here is the "here-there" sketch with Cookie Monster in Hebrew:

If you find the English original online please post a link!

cheers
