October 8, 2003 12:13pm
Europe Intelligence Wire

The Multiple Sclerosis Society has signed a licensing deal with The Jim Henson Company for a national fundraising appeal to run until the end of 2005. The Big Badge Company came up with the idea and has created a series of badges of the Muppet characters, including Kermit, Miss Piggy, Gonzo and the Swedish Chef. The Multiple Sclerosis Society is currently seeking retail partners to support the activity.

The Big Badge Company is the same one who made the Muppet and Hoobs charity pins for the Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy a few years ago. The ones that were sold at UK banks. I'd imagine this is the same deal - great news find !

Awesome news! I'd definately buy a set ... or two ... or three  Especially considering they're going to a great cause and all.
