ANNOUNCER: Ladies and Gentlemen.....for those of you who own a Tv, it's time for Muppet Interviews!

SCOOP: Thank you and welcome to another thrilling edition of Muppet interviews where we may get some good answers here....literally. so here he is one of the Resident Stunt man of all Muppetdom Gonzo the Great!

GONZO: Thanks! it's great to be here Scoop.

SCOOP: The pleasure's all ours.....so let's get some questions underway......this may sound Awkward but I hear talk that you originally got your start on a local Christmas Special back in the 70's correct.

GONZO: yep. I played some guy named Snarl. I even got to work from some cigar box! Those were good times.

SKIP: but what inspired you to work as the Stunt Devil we all know?

GONZO: It all started at the time I attempted to eat a Rubber tire.

(Shows a clip of Gonzo eating the Tire from the Juliet Prowse Episode)

SCOOP: wow! sounds Fascinating, how come the Audience never accepted that kind of thing.

GONZO: that's basically because they don't accecpt the fine arts.

SKIP: wow!

SCOOP: Indeed Skip...let's tune in to our new outside reporter Rhonda Rat. What kind of Dirt are we going to get.

(Pans in to her on the street outside the Studio)

RHONDA RAT: I'm glad you asked Scoop. today I'm going to ask some people who lived through Gonzo's act.

(Gloat comes walking buy right next to her)

RHONDA RAT: Excuse me......but what do you know about Gonzo's form of Talent.

GLOAT: Don't Bother me! I have no time!

(Walks away when a Small Pink AM with a Fat Blue AM walks buy)

RHONDA RAT: What do you know about Gonzo The Great?

SMALL PINK AM: Look Daddy! some Stranger!

FAT BLUE AM: Run son!

(They both run, when Boppity walks nearby)

RHONDA RAT: can you tell me anything about Gonzo?

BOPPITY: He was the Banana Oil Salesguy......By the way do you know Mickey Mouse? you remind me him and I want to get his Autograph...

RHONDA RAT: TRAP DOOR!

(then Bopptiy suddenly falls)

RHONDA RAT: And there you have it scoop.

(Goes back to Studio)

SCOOP: Thanks for that Rhonda! okay one last question.....what would be your favorite Stunt of all time?

GONZO: I love being shot out of a cannon.

(shows a clip of him being shot from a cannon from Muppets in Space)

SCOOP: That wraps things up. any words of wisdom to the Audience!

GONZO: Yes there is! Play your cards right and you may end up like me someday?

SKIP: let's hope he doesn't mean that Literally.

STATLER: Okay I seen enough!

WALDORF: Let's Leave!

let me give you the lowdown...

Rhonda Rat served as the "rodent reporter" on The Animal Show during its third season. she would interview animals who hung around the set, and her questions were usually left unanswered, or answered incorrectly. Whenever an interviewee got too annoying, she would call out "Trap door!" -- releasing a trap door under them.
