What about Spider-Man? Definetely as Spidey, as Mary Jane, JP Gross as Uncle Ben and Astoria as Aunt May.
The Green Goblin and Harry Osborn has two different possibilities:
1) Beaker, for having red hair and his partner being bald (like the movie). And who better for a lab accident to happen to? For Harry, Pepe, because my dad always mistakes Pepe for Beaker; "Since when could meemee talk?"
2) Kermit, for being green, and so Robin can be Harry.

Then again, Brian would be playing both Scooter AND Janice, so maybe not. Perhaps can be Spidey (easy for everyone to make fun of) with Rizzo as Harry. In that case, Waldorf can be Uncle Ben (with Astoria still as Aunt May) and JP Gross can be J. Jonah Jameson. Suggestions?
