i thought Cringer was pre-Snarf?

besides, i never had a problem with Cringer talking...ORKO on the other hand...

all in all i was quite impressed. and i found some of the voices VERY interesting...i'm pretty sure that's Gary Chalk (Optimus Primal, Optimus Prime in Armada) as Man-at-Arms, and the one and only Cam Clarke (Leonardo in TMNT, Tetsuo in the original US version of Akira) as He-Man and Prince Adam. it was nice to hear him dial back the "kid voice" for a change. i know i've heard some of the others, but i'll have to go back to the tape and pull names...

Anyone know if it is on in Canada yet? On teletoon or YTV perhaps? I (finally) saw the new toys at a Toys R Us today - they are very cool but I don't understand the sabre-toothed Battle Cat. What's the deal with that?

For the Curious
Voice Cast
Cam Clarke... Prince Adam, He-Man
Kathleen Baar... Evil-Lynn
Lisa Ann Beley... Teela
Garry Chalk... Man-at-Arms, Whiplash
Brian Dobson... Keldor/Skeletor
Paul Dobson... Trap Jaw, Tri-Klops, Man-E-Faces
Micheal Donovan... King Whatshisname (Prince Adam's Father)
Gabe Khouth... Orko, Mekanek
Scott McNeil... Stratos, Merman, Ram Man, Clawful, Beastman
Nicole Oliver... Queen Whatsherface (Prince Adam's Mother), Sorceress

I only saw bits and pieces of it, but have talked about it at great length with other people on another board. I love Scott McNeil. I only heard one of Merman's lines, and I instantly IDed Scott, he sounded very similar to Waspinator from Beast Wars.

The one thing I didnt much care for was the 'must conceal secret identity' concept. That gets old. And Skeletor's voice... he sounded like an obsessive pimply faced Dungeons and Dragons player who got too much power. But in a bad way. ^_^

I didn't get to see the ending. Did we get an end-of-the-show moral like in the original series? I loved how every episode of He-Man and GI Joe had to have a lesson to teach us impressionable tots right from wrong.
