As some of you may already know, I intern at my local PBS, and every March and August when they do their pledge drives, I perform puppets for their kids' club. Unfortunately, due to lack of pledges for that particular depart, they will no longer be doing their kids' club. So that sounds like my little monster pal is out of job now right? WELL, not necassarily! I was told when I went in the other day that they're going to be having some kind of fun event day on June 3rd in the big recreation part of our down-town, and they told me it might be something they could get me involved in with my puppet and interact with kids. Nothing's et in stone yet, but until then, I'm quite excited about this!
